Royal Island

Royal Island is located in Baa atoll, 75km North West of Malé, the capital city of the Maldives. Of a total of 50 islands in the Baa atoll, only one fifth of them make up the population of this atoll. The remaining islands are deserted with there natural beauty intact and barely trodden-on beaches. Some of these neighboring uninhabited islands are ideal picnic spots for guests of the Royal Island and Spa. The resort has a total of 150 villas. Each villa is equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort for your comfort and relaxation. From the minute you step into your luxurious room you will feel like royalty.

Transfer time from the airport to Royal Island resort is 30 minutes by seaplane. Night transfer is not provided.

Maakanaa Restaurent :  A wide range of delicious dishes are available to tempt your taste buds throughout the day. With its breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean, one can take a daily buffet breakfast featuring a variety of options from near and far, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, cereals, pastries and hot daily specials. The food is prepared using only the most exotic of spices, lush tropical fruits and fresh seafood, resulting in an inspired range of culinary creations.

Boli Bar:  All day long, whether you’ve just had a swim and need to get out of the sun or it’s late at night and you need a warm drink, get it at the Boli Bar. Relax in the plush lounge or challenge friends to a game of pool to wind down.
Fun Pub:  Offering a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, the Fun Pub is designed for entertainment. Sit back and enjoy the music from the resident live band or get up and disco the night away with friends. There’s also the chance to make some music of your own at the Karaoke bar or take in a game of billiards or snooker.
Pool Bar:  Celebrate an invigorating dive or simply relax in the warmth of the midday sun, with a chilled drink at the Pool Bar.
